Registration
The Conference venue can host a maximum of 700 participants. In order to avoid disappointment, the Organising Committee strongly encourages early registration.
Poster presenters must register no later than 1 September to reserve a space and have their abstract included in the Conference program on the USB memory stick.

Regular and Student registration fees cover admission to all oral and poster sessions, coffee breaks, Welcome Reception on Monday 19th September and Conference Banquet on Thursday 22nd September. There is no extra charge for those selected to attend the Early Career Scientists Symposium.
Lunches are not included as part of the conference registration. The venue has several restaurants that can cater for a large number of people. Alternatively, there are restaurants within walking distance of the venue.
Payment can be made using credit card (recommended) and bank transfer. On site registration will be possible, but using the online facility only for registration and payment of registration fee with credit card; no cash payments are allowed.
OSC Badge collection and check in:
In order to organize the Monday’s program efficiently and stay on schedule, we strongly recommend that you collect your OSC badge and registration material on Sunday at Hyatt. You will need to wear your badge at all times, to get on the bus to QNLM and to have access to the OSC meeting rooms. The registration desk will be open in the Hyatt lobby from 12 am - 11 pm on Sunday September 18th. All ECSS participants will register at FIO on Sunday (September 18th) morning.
Cancellation policy: registration can be cancelled up until 15 August 2016. An administration fee of 10% will be deducted from the amount paid. After that deadline, no refunds will be made.
The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event if you expect to show a poster or give a talk).
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
