Visa
Participants should check with the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate whether a visa is necessary for entry into China and how to apply. If you need a visa to enter China, you will need an invitation letter. This letter will be issued by the Local Organising Committee if, during the registration process, you indicate the need for an invitation letter and provide the following information, together with a copy of the passport information page:
- Full Name (as in passport)
- Date of birth
- Passport Number:
- Passport issue date:
- Passport expiry date:
- Gender
- Nationality:
- Country issuing passport:
- Residence place (city and country)
- Which institution will cover your travel expenses.
If you require an invitation letter for visa purposes, make sure you register to the conference before 31 July. After this deadline, the Local Organising Committee cannot guarantee that a letter will be issued in time for you to obtain your visa to travel to China
