Presentations upload for speakers (PPTs)
One Lap top will be available in the Meeting Room for speakers to upload their presentations. On-site technical personnel will assist you in uploading the presentation. Speaker are asked to upload the presentation at the coffee break before the related session or at least one hour before the starting of the session.
Please note that if the PPT presentation has been prepared on an Apple computer, speakers are asked check that any animations still display correctly following up-loading to a PC.

Please note that the accepted poster dimensions are:
Height: 150cm
Width: 80-90cm
Portrait orientation (the poster cannot exceeed those dimensions)
