Authors of both oral and poster presentations shall deliver their full papers by 29 September 2012 as electronic PDF file; see the "
proceedings" page for full paper author's instructions.
Oral Presentations
Presenters should upload their presentation in the Presentation Upload Room area from Monday morning onwards, and no later than 2 hours before the start of the relevant session.
Upload of presentations less than 2 hours before the relevant session is not advised, however should this be the case, please ask for help at the Speaker upload area.
The working language of the Symposium is English.
Presenters are advised when uploading their presentation to check if formulas/animations are shown correctly.
All speakers are requested to meet with the session chairs at the assigned session room ten minutes prior to the start of the session.
Please note:
- Presentations from personal laptops are not possible
- Presentations should be provided in MS PowerPoint or PDF format
- Upload is possible from USB keys
- Presentations shall be stored in the folder corresponding to the assigned session
- Presentation naming should include the main author’s surname, presentation date and time (ie: surname_YYMMDD_HHMM)

Each lecture room is equipped with one laptop/video projector and one large screen. The software installed on the laptop (in English) includes:
Use of standard True Type fonts is suggested for PowerPoint presentations. In the case PowerPoint contains videos, please ensure that both files (Power Point and video) are in the same folder.

Poster Session
Poster dimensions
The poster session will be held in the Sala Adriactico (maps will be available at the convention centre). Authors are invited to be on stand-by close to their posters during the breaks. A dedicated poster session is scheduled on Tuesday, 25 September from 11:00 to 12:30.
As a reference of location, poster boards will be numbered from 1-300
There will be a poster list on the first poster board providing authors with the location (poster board number) of where to hang their posters.
Posters for the 20YPRA symposium can be hung on Monday morning, and should be removed on Wednesday before the end of the lunch break.
Each participant will be in charge of hanging their own poster. Material for hanging posters will be available in the poster session room (Sala Adriatico).
